Today was the real first outing in preparation for March 27. I've dropped about 8 pounds since mid August so I'm doing well on getting the weight down. Goal is to get between 160-165 by March 27th. That will be about 25 pounds lost.
Did about five miles today. One mile walking earlier today and four miles tonight. Kept the calorie intake down as well to a good level. Water for lunch.
Also did about 35 leg lifts tonight also.
